If You Have Storm-Related Damage Call Us First
As a Security First Insurance customer, you have access to our First Choice Repair Network®—a trusted group of licensed and insured Florida contractors who have passed thorough background checks.
If your home has been damaged by a storm and you’ve filed a claim, you can choose to have us coordinate repairs through our network. We’ll handle the scheduling and management of all contractors—making the process seamless and stress-free.

If you need to file a claim:
Insurance Village + Mobile Response Center
After a named storm, the State may set up Insurance Villages to support impacted residents. Our Claims Response Team will be there to assist policyholders. Security First may also set up its own Mobile Storm Response Centers to further support our policyholders. We will provide the locations of these Villages and Mobile Storm Response Centers when they become available.
