Security First Puts Storm Response in the Spotlight
Security First Insurance Company proudly hosted its second annual Storm Response Showcase on April 23, 2025, at its headquarters in Ormond Beach, Florida. The event spotlighted the company’s First Choice Repair Network® (FCRN), a carefully vetted group of licensed, insured, and experienced contractors dedicated to helping valued customers recover quickly and safely after a loss.
Launched in 2020, the First Choice Repair Network® was created by Security First as a proactive measure to protect homeowners from roofing fraud and unlicensed contractors. Today, it includes a growing roster of vetted, licensed, and insured professionals delivering top-tier restoration, renovation, and emergency services statewide. Last year, the FCRN helped 6,411 Security First customers restore their homes following Hurricanes Milton and Helene, delivering fast, high-quality repairs.
The Showcase brought together more than 50 repair and restoration experts from the FCRN, giving Security First team members a unique opportunity to connect directly with the professionals who serve on the front lines of customer recovery after a loss. This immersive, educational event was designed to help our team better understand the repair process so we can provide more effective service and support when our customers need us most.
