Report a Claim

Three ways to file a claim:

1. Call our toll-free number: (877) 581-4862.
   If you need to report suspected identity theft, call PrivacyMaxx at (800) 676-5696.
   
2. Login to our Policyholder Service Center.  Create or log into your account and click the Claim tab to report your claim online and submit photos of the damage: click here
3. Connect with us using our free iPhone app, Security First Mobile.
