Being There For Our Customers

This pandemic may have temporarily changed the way we work, but it has not limited our ability to be there for each other and our customers. Our employees are successfully operating remotely from home and we were able to make the transition with zero disruption to the service we provide. We are extremely proud of our entire family of employees and happy to have the opportunity to continue to serve you throughout this pandemic.

Transitioning Back To The Office

We’ve transitioned employees back into our new corporate office in rotational shifts to ensure their safety. Our plan ensures the wellbeing of our employees, creates a smooth and adaptable transition between their home and the office, and allows us to effectively adhere to CDC guidelines, including social distancing. This approach will work for many businesses no matter the size. 

Protecting You

In order to better protect our customers and employees, we are now using virtual assessment technology in order to limit face-to-face contact. We currently have 30% of our Field Adjusters using video technology when assessing damage. We are fortunate to have this technology at our fingertips in order to ensure that everyone can feel safe during this time. An additional benefit of using this virtual technology is that we can increase the amount of inspections we do, so we are now serving our policyholders quicker. In the event of a claim that requires an in-person inspection, we are taking all necessary precautions with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in order to protect everyone.

 

Transitioning To Remote Work

How does Ormond Beach’s largest employer transition their 400+ employee workforce into remote work? The answer lies in our strategy. We meticulously planned and covered all of our bases in order to make the transition with no interruption to our business.
