Emergency Response Team
In the event of a hurricane, our emergency response team will set up our mobile recovery units to assist our customers at a location designated by the Department of Financial Services. The location of the unit will be announced in local newspapers and on radio and will be available on this web site. Look for the big blue Security First Insurance - Emergency Response Team banner.
The unit is there to help you to process your claim or in some cases issue you a claim check to help with expenses if you must be out of your home. It will be staffed with experienced claim professionals who can answer your questions.
The Security First Recovery Unit will expand to a fully-functional claim office. Unlike other companies, the Security First unit provides space where our customers can sit in air-conditioned comfort. We'll also have our trailer available to house equipment that will be an adjunct to the mobile recovery unit.
