Emergency Response Team
In the event of a hurricane, our emergency response team will set up our mobile recovery units to assist our customers at a location designated by the Department of Financial Services. The location of the unit will be announced on local radio stations and in local newspapers of the affected area(s). We'll also post information on this website, our mobile app and mobile website.
The unit is deployed to help you process your claim or in some cases, issue you a claim check to help with expenses if you need an alternative place to stay. Our mobile recovery unit will be staffed with experienced claim professionals who can answer your questions.
The Security First Recovery Unit will expand to a fully-functional claim office. Unlike other companies, the Security First unit provides space where our customers can sit in air-conditioned comfort. We'll also have our trailer available to house equipment that will be an adjunct to the mobile recovery unit.
