In the event of a hurricane, our Emergency Response Team will set up our mobile recovery units to assist our customers at a location designated by the Department of Financial Services. The location of the unit will be announced in local newspaper, on radio, and on this web site. Look for the big blue Security First Insurance - Emergency Response Team banner.

Staffed with experienced claim professionals who can answer your questions, the Security First Recovery Unit is there to help you process your claim. In some cases, you may be issued a claim check to help with expenses if you must be out of your home.

The Security First Recovery Unit expands to a fully-functional claim office. Unlike other companies, the Security First unit provides space where our customers can sit in air-conditioned comfort. We'll also have our trailer available for equipment as an adjunct to the mobile recovery unit.
