Florida homeowners put their trust in us to be there when they need us, and that’s a responsibility we do not take lightly. Should a hurricane or other catastrophe strike our state, our mobile recovery unit will provide many services to make the claims process as convenient and comfortable as possible.


Mobile Recovery Unit

In the event of a hurricane, the state's Department of Financial Services identifies the location of the "insurance village" which is typically a large retail parking lot located near affected communities.

Security First Insurance will deploy our 57' air-controlled mobile recovery unit to the insurance village to process claims for customers. The mobile recovery unit is equipped with a wireless network of computers allowing us to have secured satellite Internet access to claims systems and data centers. Our customers will have the ability to file claims, speak with professional and experienced adjusters, and receive additional living expenses should their home become so severely damaged that they need an alternative place to stay.
